Reservations for accommodation must be confirmed by an advance payment of a minimum of the greater of 1 night’s accommodation or 30% of the total booking.

Please let us know when you plan to arrive in Tarija and we will arrange to meet you at the airport or bus station.

Mininum bookings of 2 or 3 nights may apply, during periods of peak bookings such as 20 December until 20 of January, Carnival, Wine Festival, and Easter.

Please note: We only accept payments in cash, deposit to our bank account, Western Union transfer, or via PayPal.  Unfortunately payments by PayPal don't qualify for discounted rates.

Please note that cancellation charges may apply to confirmed reservations that are not fulfilled. These are as follows: • Cancellation 7 or more days before the reservation check-in day: No fee • Cancellation 3-6 days before the reservation check-in day: The greater of one night’s accommodation or 20% of the total booking. • Cancellation 1-2 days before the reservation check-in day: The greater of one night’s accommodation or 30% of the total booking. • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: The greater of one night’s accommodation or 40% of the total booking.

Check-In is after 3:00 pm and Check-Out is by 10:00 am.
